Our January 2010 ended with a very enjoyable trip to the south coast to photograph a beach wedding. Kim and Brodie were married in Bateman's Bay on a day that threatened, and then delivered rain, causing a last minute scramble to book the local hall. The rain then kindly stopped for long enough for us to get some gorgeous outdoor shots, and then it started pouring again once the reception was underway. Talk about being lucky!  It was a truly lovely day spent with truly lovely people.

Cherie and Shane got married on January 8 in front of a packed house at The Chapel in Gold Creek. It was a beautiful wedding and there wasn't a dry eye in the house when Cherie sang an extraordinarily beautiful love song to her new husband. What a talent! It was a happy, emotion-packed day, and we felt honoured to be able to photograph the occasion, creating the photographic memories that this family can treasure in years to come as they celebrate the union of these talented, amazing people.

We photographed a lovely wedding on Christmas eve at a private property, an immaculately kept vineyard in Murrambateman. Peta and Dan got married in front of 17 close family members and then the family had the pleasure of spending Christmas day together afterwards. It was very hot and the summer sun was harsh, but the setting was beautiful and the people even nicer. We got some great photos and had a really fun day. We soooo love our job!
